Senior HR business partnering, organisational development, complex employee relations, people projects and transformation.

Fractional CPO Retainer
From £4,500 per month

Coaching packages are purchased in advance and can be used flexibly within the agreed period.
Fractional CPO retainers are invoiced monthly, with the scope and level of support agreed at the outset.
Larger projects may be subject to an initial deposit or staged payments.
Any additional fees for urgent, evening or weekend support will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Travel & Expenses
Humanbyte provides remote HR support to organisations throughout the UK.
For on-site assignments, reasonable travel and accommodation costs may apply. Any anticipated expenses will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Charity & Not-for-Profit Rates
We are happy to discuss preferential rates for registered charities and selected not-for-profit organisations.
